Notes

For PP/HDPE lined products medium duty ERW steel pipes conforming to IS: 1239 ‘B’ class are normally used. Seamless pipes are used on special request.

Flanges are drilled to ANSI B 16.5 ASA 150 class dimensions. Other drilling standards are available on request at extra price. Thickness of flanges is as per house standard.

Tolerance

  • Flange drilling dimensions + 1.5mm
  • Dimensions of pipes and fittings + 3mm
  • Flange thickness + 1mm

Lining Specifications

Following lining materials are available. Their respective maximum working temperature is shown below

  • PTFE 250o C,
  • FEP 180o C,
  • PFA 250o C
  • PVDF 150o C,
  • HDPE 70o C,
  • PP7 100o C
